How to get a refund

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Email hello@tryvester.com or use the refund form. You don’t need to give a reason, and you don’t need to return or delete anything.

What happens next

We refund the full price, including any tax charged, to your original payment method, and you’ll get a confirmation email when it’s processed. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Digital products

Through the Night is a digital download, so there is nothing to ship back. If you can’t open or use the files, contact us and we’ll help or refund you.
